To process a return, the customer must provide a clear parcel-opening video showing:

The unopened parcel from all sides

The parcel being opened in one continuous video

The damaged/defective product clearly visible

Without a parcel-opening video, no return or claim will be accepted.

Record a complete parcel opening video.

Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Share your order number and video proof.

Our team will review the evidence and confirm whether the return is approved.

If approved, you will be instructed on how to return the product.

Refunds are issued only after the return is approved based on valid proof and inspection.
